Returns & Exchanges
Please reach out email@example.com with your order number and the products you would like to exchange or return, and we will take care of the rest.
We aim to ensure the greatest standards of hygiene and safety, therefore intimate nature products can not be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.How to refund a faulty or damaged item:
All return requests must be submitted by you within 30 days of receiving the order.
Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your name, address, order number and a reason of your refund request.
In case the product is proven to be damaged or faulty, you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment, including the cost of standard delivery.
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, we are sorry about that. Please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll make sure to get you the products you ordered.
Currently we ship to Mainland UK: England, Scotland and WalesWe offer two shipping speeds:
Standard (3-4 business days): £3.95
Next Business Day (1-2 business days): £5.10
Standard shipping is free when you spend £30 or more. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. Your payment method will be charged in Great British Pounds (GBP) according to those charges. Orders sent to UK addresses do not require signature for delivery.
Next Business Day orders will arrive the next business day when you place your order by 2 pm GMT. Next Business Day orders placed after 2 pm will arrive on the second business day.
